Really nice stay, as always. Well-maintained accommodation with magnificent setting close enough to beautiful gardens, town centre, Galgorm Castle. Got tastefully decorated and huge room with a stinking public toilet, jakuzzi, for example.

The early check-in was much appreciated, allowing us time to prepare for the wedding. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of choices that were delicious and well presented.

The venue had fine grounds, perfect for photos. Staff were especially attentive and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious. We also appreciated the personalized service we received throughout our stay.
My children wished for a more soundproof room. The noise from events kept them awake, disrupting their sleep.

Just an appropriate option for a fleeting trip in Ballymena with all in all great value for money. Really enjoyed the carvery on our first night, it was delicious and a treat after a long day. Consider trying the scenic coastal route to Giant's Causeway. It's a must-see nearby!

Family with children, nice experience
We went for a wedding and the food at the reception? Was amazing! Just the quality and portions were mind-blowing. Plus, the staff were totally friendly and made sure everyone was happy with drinks all night. It was a good vibe. Like a great experience that I can remember.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but in the end, it was acceptable for what we got.

Really good Service and Beautiful Grounds
They were warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel boasts fine grounds that are beautifully maintained, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon. We also enjoyed a delicious carvery lunch that was pretty good in both quality and variety. One minor downside was the weak WiFi signal in my room, a bit difficult for my work.
